How do I claim my discount?
MSCC members are entitled to £5 off. You claim your discount please log into your membership area of the MSCC website, where there should be a weblink which will then discount.
Alternatively, you can email info@morganbook.co.uk with your name and membership details and we can email your discount link directly.
Is the book available in bookshops?
The book is only available from this website, at selected MSCC Events throughout the year and at the Morgan Factory shop in Malvern.
When will my order arrive?
You will receive a notification when we have dispatched your item. If you are in the UK your item will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you should the book within 3 working days of receiving your dispatch notification. For Europe and the rest of the world it will be posted using International Tracked with estimated delivery within 7 working days from the dispatch notice. If your item hasn't arrived within the above timeframes, please email info@morganbook.co.uk and we'll be happy to assist you.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is calculated at checkout. The cost depends on where your order is going and how many books are in it, and the rate is quoted before you pay, so you will always see the exact figure first.
UK orders are sent on a Royal Mail tracked service. Orders outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked.
I would like to order several publications; will they be sent together?
Up to three books fit in one box, so an order of three or fewer arrives as a single parcel. Larger orders are split across more than one box, and the delivery quoted at checkout reflects that.
What happens if I'm not in for the delivery?
Orders of up to three books are posted in a single box measuring 325mm x 260mm x 92mm. Larger orders are split across more than one box of the same size.
That is far too deep for a standard letterbox, so if you are not in when it arrives the delivery officer should leave a card telling you where your item is.
What do I do if my publication arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged please email us at info@morganbook.co.uk with some photographs of the item so we are able to follow this up with Royal Mail. We will also arrange a replacement copy for you.
Can I return the book?
We have a 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your publication please email us at info@morganbook.co.uk to arrange returning the item and issuing your refund.
What size is the book?
The book is 288 pages. Its physical size is 27cm x 24cm x 2.9cm
