We do our best to ensure all items are delivered promptly and that you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your product please email us in the first instance, so we can help resolve the problem, with minimum disruption.

However, if you have changed your mind or the book needs to be returned, please write a covering letter stating the reason for return, with your order reference number and dispatch note and return the book to:

We would recommend that you return your items via tracked post. Please clearly state the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement sent. 

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights. 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Any signs of use or if it is damaged for any reason not due to our error, only a partial refund will be offered.

Once your returned book is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Only the price of the publication will be refunded, postage/delivery costs cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@morganbook.co.uk with images of the damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Offstone Publishing, 5b Bearl Farm, Stocksfield, ENG, NE43 7Al, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
