MSCC members are entitled to £5 off. You claim your discount please log into your membership area of the MSCC website, where there should be a weblink which will then discount.
Alternatively, you can email email@example.com with your name and membership details and we can email your discount link directly.
The book is only available from this website, at selected MSCC Events throughout the year and at the Morgan Factory shop in Malvern.
You will receive a notification when we have dispatched your item. If you are in the UK your item will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you should the book within 3 working days of receiving your dispatch notification.
For Europe and the rest of the world it will be posted using International Tracked with estimated delivery within 7 working days from the dispatch notice.
If your item hasn’t arrived within the above timeframes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Fulfilment and UK delivery cost is £5.50 per book. Your book will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery service.
Fulfilment and Europe delivery cost is £15-16.80 per book, depending on your European country. Your book will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery service.
Fulfilment and International delivery cost is £26.15-£31.50 per book. Your book will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery service.
Each book is packaged individually and mailed separately.
The book boxes measure 375mm x 275mm and 50mm deep. If it doesn’t fit through your letterbox and you aren’t in at time the time of delivery then the handler should leave you a calling card with details of where you item is located.
If your item arrives damaged please email us at email@example.com with some photographs of the item so we are able to follow this up with Royal Mail. We will also arrange a replacement copy for you.
